اختلالات عصبی تأثیرات نامطلوب شدیدی بر زندگی روزمره و عملکرد بیمار دارند. از سوی دیگر، بسیاری از درمان‌ها و رویکردهای توان بخشی عمدتاً از رویکردهای یادگیری و یافته‌های آموزشی، رشدی یا صنعتی/سازمانی الهام گرفته‌اند. اطلاعات در مورد عملکرد سیستماتیک و اختلال عملکرد مغز و سیستم عصبی، برای ارزیابی دقیق و معتبر نقایص ناتوان‌کننده و برای توسعه روش‌های درمانی کارآمد بسیار ارزشمند هستند و در این زمینه، تشخیص دقیق کلید درمان دقیق است و دستیابی به یک تشخیص دقیق نیازمند دانش پایه قوی هم در توانبخشی و هم در علوم اعصاب است.
هدف كنگره كنوني فراهم كردن پايه اي براي به اشتراك گذاشتن، بحث، چالش و به دست آوردن يافته هاي اخير در حوزه توانبخشي عصبي است. از این رو در کنگره پیش رو سعی خواهیم کرد تا طیف وسیعی از موضوعات در حوزه علوم اعصاب و توانبخشی را به صورت سخنرانی شفاهی، پوستر و کارگاه ارائه کنیم. امید است با بهره گیری از تجربیات ارائه دهندگان بر غنای علمی و اجرایی کنگره بیفزاییم و میزبان همه عزیزان باشیم.

The message of the scientific secretary of the Congress
Neurological conditions have an immense and extreme adverse impact on daily life and functions of a patient. On the other hand, many rehabilitation treatments and approaches are primarily inspired by learning approaches from educational, developmental, or industrial/organizational science and achievements. Information about the systematic function and dysfunction of the brain and nervous system is invaluable for accurate, valid assessment of disabling neurological deficits, and for developing treatment methods with new levels of efficacy and in this area, accurate diagnosis is the key of an accurate treatment and achieving an accurate diagnosis requires strong base knowledge in both rehabilitation and neuroscience
The current congress goal is providing a base for sharing, discussing, challenging and obtaining the recent findings in Neurorehabilitation domain. Therefore, in the upcoming congress, we will try to provide a vast spectrum of subjects in the neuroscience and rehabilitation area as oral presentations, posters and workshops. It is hoped that by taking experiences of presenters, we can add to the scientific and executive richness of the congress and be a proud host for all dear ones
